CuTEx web service for NEANIAS project

Instructions:

1. Upload your FITS file and set the Input parameters.
2. Launch CuTEx service (button on bottom left).
3. Wait until computation is done...
4. Retrieve your results! (button listResults and click on tar files)

(Running on OATS-INAF server)
